Our Personal Protection Dogs Are Trained with Family and Work in Mind

At Valor Protection Dogs, we personally select, raise, and train each of our German Shepherds to our high standards. Every dog is fully obedience trained, social and safe with people, children, and other animals, and has agility training for confidence, control, and versatility.
We offer three types of protection dogs, tailored to different needs and experience levels:
Family Companion / Threat Deterrent – 12 months old. Fully obedience trained and socialized, ideal as a family companion and deterrent.
Started Protection Dog – 18 months old. Has foundational protection training already underway.
Finished & Fully Trained Protection Dog – 2 years old. Fully trained in protection work, obedience, and socialization.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve a dog, and all placements are first-come, first-served.
We typically raise only 2–3 dogs at a time, allowing us to provide personal, hands-on training and socialization. Every Valor Protection Dog is home-raised, not kenneled, and trained to meet our exacting standards for loyalty, confidence, and control.
