At Valor Protection Dogs, we personally select, raise, and train each of our German Shepherds to our high standards. Every dog is fully obedience trained, social and safe with people, children, and other animals, and is versatile and easy to control.
We offer three types of protection dogs, tailored to different needs and experience levels:
Level I: Family Companion – 12 months old. Fully obedience trained and socialized, ideal as a family companion and threat deterrent.
Level II: Started Protection Dog – 18 months old. Advanced obedience and protection training are underway.
Level III: Finished & Fully Trained Protection Dog – 24 months old. Finished and fully trained in all aspects of obedience and protection.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve a dog, and all placements are first-come, first-served.
We typically raise only 2–3 dogs at a time, allowing us to provide personal, hands-on training and socialization. Every Valor Protection Dog is home-raised, not kenneled, and trained to meet our exacting standards for loyalty, confidence, and control.
